A small Hepa Box Crab (Calappa hepatica) camouflages itself on the ocean floor. Box Crabs are traditonally eaters of molluscs and other small crustaceans, which it tends to wait to wander past its hiding place.
Image taken on the wreckage of a Japanese WWII Transport at the Lighthouse Point dive site at night off the coast of Malapascua Island in the Philippines.
