A Pygmy Seahorse (Hippocampus bargibanti) found in the typical sea fan (Muricella sp.) environment on the North Rocks dive site off of Malapascua Island in The Philippines.
These small sea horses are sought after by photographers, and are one of the hardest creatures to see being perfectly matched with their background, and being only 1cm (1/4 inch) in size or less.
