An adult Zebra Shark (Stegostoma fasciatum) with a large hook in its mouth, rests on top of a coral wall. A small Sharksucker (Echeneis naucrates)is attached to the sharks side.
This shark is often referred locally as a 'Leopard Shark' due to its spots, however the Zebra Shark name comes from the juvenile patterning which consists of large dark stripes.
