(see this users gallery) A Bignose Unicornfish (Naso vlamingii) at a cleaning station on the wreck of the Liberty in Tulamben on the east coast of Bali, Indonesia.
This fish can change color at will - often dramatically. Here it is displaying a bright color phase often seen at cleaning stations. These bright colors may serve to indicate that the fish wishes to be cleaned or alternately makes it easier for cleaning fish to see the parasites it wishes removed.
