Nudibranch (Nembrotha rutilans)found on a dive on the Great Barrier Reef System of the coast of Townsville in Queensland, Australia.
There are other similar colored species including Nembrotha chamberlaini and Nembrotha purpureolineata although both of these species are not known in this range. It is possible that theses species may be the same species as little true study has been done on this family.
