A Steer (Bos Taurus) being used in a Cattle Draft runs away from a Jackroo and his horse. Image taken in the Central Queensland town of Clermont in Australia. A cattle draft requires a rider to separate a single steer from a small herd in a yard then move the same animal through a course in an open paddock, This requires a thorough understanding of cattle and horsemanship.
