Polka-Dot Batfish (Ogcocephalus radiatus) on the ocean floor at Phil Foster Park in West Palm Beach, Florida. This rare batfish is one of a small group that makes its home at Phil Foster Park. It can be distinguished from the Shortnose Batfish (which is also found in the park) by the yellow bordered fins and the smaller unicron projection between the eyes.
