A Goldentail Moray Eel (Gymnothorax milaris) comes out from a crack in a coral reef near on a coral reef head in Boynton Beach, Florida.
The open and closing of the mouth demonstrated by all moray species is not a threat despite its appearance. It is necessary for the respiration of the eel.
