(see this users gallery) Ewens Ponds are formed from spring water which bubbles up from the limestone. The rocks in the ponds are covered with brown algae which forms many fanciful shapes almost like cave decorations. The Visibility in the ponds is extraordinary but the algae is very delicate and can easily be stirred up, Ewens Ponds, South Australia, Australia
