(see this users gallery) A large Crown of Thorns Sea Star (Acanthaster planci) sits atop a coral reef in the Banda Sea in Indonesia. These Sea Stars prey on corals and when their numbers are high can be devastating to an ecosystem. One of the issues causing such high numbers is the over harvesting of their natural predator - the Triton Shell.
