A Yellowhead Jawfish (Opistognahus aurifrons) spits sand out of his mouth as he tidies and cleans one of his burrows in the sand near a coral reef in the West End of grand Bahamas. This excavation activity goes on all day as they maintain a series of tunnels they use as protection as they hover in and out of the water column.
