A small school of fish swim around this large Crinoid on a Coral Reef (Comantheria briareus) on the Wheeler Reef system in the Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Townsville in Queensland, Australia.
This is one of the largest species of crinoid found in the southern hemisphere and is actively feeding in currents both during the day and night.
