The face of a Common Lionfish (Pterois volitans) swims within a coral reef on the Wheeler Reef system within the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland, Australia.
This species is often known as the Red Firefish and occasionally as the Turkeyfish and can be found worldwide in tropical and warm temperate oceans.
