Cape Fur Seals (Arctocephalus pusillus pusillus) living on the famous 'Seal Island' on Geyser Rock Island off Gansbaai, South Africa. This large population of Seals is one of the reasons for the presence of the Great White Shark in the area who prey on this species, although the seals are unconcerned about the sharks once on the island.
Although known as a seal, this is actually a sea lion species, as can be identified by the presence of visible ears.
