(see this users gallery) This bright yellow coloration is one of the many color variations of a Roughhead Blenny (Acanthemblemaria aspera) that are present right across the caribbean.
These blennies generally live in disused worm holes in limestone coral rocks covere in sponges and algae as is shown here at Alligator Reef coral reef system off the coast of Tavernier / Key Lago in Florida, USA.
