An adult Butter Hamlet (Hypoplectrus unicolor) swims next to the high coral reef ledge at the Boynton Ledges dive site off the coast of Boynton Beach in Florida.
This is the most common of the hamlet species found in Florida and is distinctive with the black spot on the base of the tail and the blue markings on the face.
