A highly variable colored and patterned species, this is a common color and patternation of a Linda's Polyclad Flatworm (Pseudoceros lindae) when found in far north Queensland. This speciman shows a mainly purple body with golden spots, while the mantle displays blue spots with a blue margin on the edge of the body.
Image taken on the Botek Keok dive site on the Great Detached Reef in far North Queensland, Australia. Detached Reef's in this remote area are named as they are near - but not part of - the Great Barrier Reef system.
