A largish (3-4inch)unidentified Grey Polyclad Flatworm (Cestoplana sp.?) moves across a coral reef head at night. Marine Flatworms are one of the more simple of animal forms in the world.
Image taken at night on the Lagoon Reef dive site which is part of the Small Deatched Reef system in far north Queensland in Australia.
Detached Reef's in the area are named as they are near - but not part of - the Great Barrier Reef system.
