A Bat Volute (Cymbiola Vespertilio) moves quickly across the ocean floor at night. This speciman was sighted on the "Twin Rocks" shore dive in front of the Planet Dive resort in Anilao in the Batangas region of The Philippines.
This species has a widely variable shell shape and color, but the striped foot is very vivid.
