A pair of Fire Dartfish (Nemateleotris magnifica) or Red Fire Goby is one of the most spectacular fish on tropical reefs and one of the most difficult to photograph as they hover over their burrows on the sandy ocean floor near coral reefs.
Images of a pair together such as this image is one of the underwater photographers 'must' haves.
This image taken at the Mainit Point dive site off the coast of Anilao in the Batanagas area of The Philippines.
