While following this small unidentified juvenile wrasse (Labridae spp. ), this image captured an image of the Minute Filefish (Rudarius minutus) in the background as both fish swim through a soft coral.
This is the first image known of the Minute Filefish from The Philippines as though it is thought to have a wide range, it is a very difficult fish to locate and photograph.
Image taken on the House Reef in front of the SeaQuest Dive Center site in Moalboal in the province of Cebu, The Philippines.
