Very similar, though much larger, than the famed Orange Ball Corallimorph from the West Atlantic, this is a Southern Corallimorph (Psedocorynactis sp.)
Corallimorph's are considered to be an intermediate evolution placed somewhere between hard corals and true anemones. They lack a true skeleton, which Anemones possess.
Image taken during a night dive on the House Reef in front of the SeaQuest Dive Center site in Moalboal in the province of Cebu, The Philippines.
