A Juvenile Cocoa Damselfish (Stegastes variabilis) swims over the ocean floor near the coral reef at the Aquarium dive site off the coast of Islamorada, Florida.
The juvenile of this species can be identified from the similar looking Beaugregory juvenile by the small, dark spot at the base of the tail.
